The 40 rooms are equipped with colour TV and telephone, and the hotel recently underwent a renovation of the public areas in the winter of 2002-03. Breakfast is served in the adjacent, and pleasant, street-side cafe, and guests will appreciate the personal assistance and attention of staff, as well as the proximity to the 'Grand Boulevards' and its array of shopping possibilities. Guests should note that local city tax is not included in the rate booked. This will be charged directly to guests by the hotel and payable at check in.
