This courtyard house is distinguished by its traditional ashlar facade in the classic style, facing Las Naranjas street, originally built in 1589. The building, a reflection of bourgeois architecture in Jerez, takes its name from 'solera, ' one of the traditional methods of aging wine. This is the inspiration behind its 20 suites, adorned with colourful images of local wineries.
