Parker The Urban Flats are located in a brand-new building in the heart of Valencia, just a 10-minute walk from the City Hall and 200 yards from Àngel Guimerà Metro station. They also enjoy excellent transport connections with the beaches, the City of Arts and Sciences and the Botanical Garden.
