Kamo Residences by Reflections, a luxury boutique hotel, sits on the bank of the Kamo River, with panoramic views of the famous Higashiyama mountains. Our property offers six luxury suites with modern Japanese motifs in a setting inspired by international, minimalistic art deco architecture. It was built near the Kamogawa Delta and has been favoured by Japanese noble lineage since the 17th Century. Materials and furniture come from Europe and the Far East, with Japanese design motifs woven throughout. The quality and finish are unlike those of large, mass-produced five-star hotel groups—rather, they are in line with the feel and execution of high-end residential design: solid, beautiful, and eminently usable. Suites have smart in-room technology and entertainment, full kitchens with microwaves, and washer-dryers. Bedrooms feature high-end pillow-top beds with silky-smooth bedding.
