Stone walls and the most authentic Andalusian atmosphere. A corner steeped in history where you can enjoy the tranquillity and magic of Jerez. Beneath the floor and within the walls of this building lie layers of history that tell the story of Jerez's evolution over time. During an archaeological excavation, remains from different periods were found, ranging from ceramic materials from the Almohad and late medieval Christian periods to structures from the 18th to 20th centuries. The building was originally a tenement house, a type of building very common in the city during the wine-making boom of the 19th century, when many homes were converted to accommodate workers arriving in the area. Its sober and functional architecture, together with the charm of its Andalusian courtyard, preserves the authenticity and spirit of that shared life that was part of the popular soul of Jerez.
