Bright and significantly more spacious than standard vacation rentals, each unit is elegantly furnished in a classic Coastal Mediterranean style. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, the apartments boast premium upholstery and curtains, along with top-of-the-range mattresses to ensure a superior sleep experience. Each unit is equipped with independent air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living area, as well as two 42" flat-screen TVs (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom). All apartments feature a private balcony. Important Information & Policies Stays: Flexible arrival and departure every day of the week. Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Mandatory Final Cleaning: €70 per apartment, payable on-site. Please note: The kitchenette must be left clean by the guest; otherwise, an additional charge of €30 will apply. Security Deposit: €150 mandatory deposit payable on-site (refundable at the end of the stay). Bed Linen: First set included. Optional subsequent changes available upon request at €10 per person. Bath Towels: Not included. Optional set available on-site at €10 per person per change. Pets: Small pets are welcome for a fee of €10 per day, payable on-site.
