“Perfect hotel in perfect location”

Wow! Perfect hotel. For some reason we walked from the train station ( via everywhere) a good 60 minute walk. Supermarket 1 minute walk from the hotel. Great location, very clean, we had jr suite so space ok, ac worked well in room. Bar area ..inside no air con and infrequent staff attention so no atmosphere.Staff slow . Front desk..not enough desks , congested , slow. Errors on bill. Restaurant - inside bar area ..too hot . Had one simple meal ..food ok.Breakfast…

“Poor hotel, 3 star not 4.”

The rooms are 3 star not 4. The shower is in bath tub with no room to move around. Dated room in general, location wise it is a bit far from all the tourist places. My room also had a broken Toilet seat. I had breakfast included which is very basic and average quality. This is a 3 star hotel at best.
