The elevator button wouldn't work unless you pressed it "just so." A staff member said, "We told them that needed fixing."
Door to room first opened with difficulty and then didn't open at all. Receptionist came up and said, "Oh, the battery needs to be replaced." Sounds like there is a lot of deferred maintenance.
