“Shocking service and administration.”

AVOID! AVOID! I received and accepted quotes for a 6 night/4 rooms business trip. Arrived at the hotel. No rooms, no booking. Staff were totally non-plus. They were fully booked and couldn’t care less. Shocking service. Thankfully the hotel next door had rooms.

A brief stay, nice breakfast, easy for transport, walk to East Coast beach, buses easy to city, pleasant staff and large room. Small pool but was quiet so it was relaxing. Plenty of good local food places walking distance nearby and try the great gelato place, Bird of Paradise.
