This complex is located near the marina and beach, on the sunny side of Puerto Rico. It is located near the area in which there are several restaurants and many sports can be practiced. This complex has 40 apartments spread over 3 floors. There is a lobby reception, a cloakroom, a supermarket and a cafeteria. In addition, a swimming pool, another pool for children and a solarium with sun loungers. The apartment complex comprises a bedroom with two beds and separate living room with sofa bed and kitchen. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub. The large terrace has a table, chairs and hammocks. A few meters from the complex offers all sorts of water activities and sport and boating excursions, fishing, sailing, mini-golf, tennis and paddle.
