The Rooms are surrounding a very inviting swimming pool, and guests have the option to choose between Road view and Pool View Rooms. 6 rooms overlook the busy road of Candolim while the remaining 12 rooms overlook the swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with a 24 hour solar powered hot water supply, Cable connected LCD Television, ceiling fan, and a ward-robe. The Resort also offers Wi-Fi facility to the guests in the common areas. Candolim is one of those spots that boasts of a very wide selection of eateries within a relatively small area; the Resorts very own restaurant ‘Karlton's Horizon Grill' ranks among the top 20 on Tripadvisor's list of restaurants in Candolim.
