Staff was friendly and meet up all our needs. Rooms was clean and nice . Plus one was the swimming pool water was warm and hot tub access.location was decent

Excellent in all categories! The staff was professional, positive and down right kind. Check -in was great. We had arrived to Marshall earlier than expected and they worked it out for us to get into our room. Was able to spend extra time with my daughter. Location is great. This place looked like a good deal, but they are having much trouble with their housekeeping right now. We don't go wild over a hair in the shower. But there was old food in the refrigerator, nobody had obviously looked. The place was not vacuumed well, especially off the main pathways, dirt , dust and hair in the c…

This place is a Dump. Do Not stay here. Absolutely filthy. We have 3 lights that don't work, TV is sketchy at best. Everything is dirty. All furniture looks like it should go to the junkyard. Not sure the last time the room was cleaned.
