This exclusive 49 bedroom hotel is tucked away amid tranquil woodlands and landscaped gardens. It evokes memories of a forgotten era of gentility and charm. There are many activities in the area to enjoy while staying with us for instance, Golfing, Angling, Walking, Equestrian, Cycling, Castle visits, Heritage Centres, Garden Visits, Parks, Caves, and of course total peace and tranquility. Although the house is Georgian, the estate goes back to the Norman invasion of Ireland of 1169 and, for centuries, remained the property of the landed gentry. This mellow, Grade A Listed house echoes its noble past in dimension and design. And, under its present ownership of the Walsh Family, its tradition of refined hospitality continues with a professional touch and the added embellishments of the present day to ensure a luxurious and carefree stay.
