Housed in a palatial building that dates back to 1911 and sits in the centre of Madrid Gran, on Via street, this guesthouse literally houses its guests at just metres from everything that happens in the city. They will be within 500 metres from San Fernando's Royal Academy of Fine Arts, several markets, Teatro de la Zarzuela, the famous Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Callao and if that is not enough just 100 extra metres separates them from Plaza de Cibeles and Santa Ana Square. It is also within a 5-minute walk from both a convenient subway stop and a bus stand, and the area houses numerous tapas bars, casual and fine-dining restaurants, shops and boutique stores.
