This 3-star establishment offers 104 air-conditioned apartments across seven floors: 84 studios for one or two people, and 20 one-bedroom apartments for up to four. Studios feature sofa beds, while one-bedroom apartments offer both sofa beds in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedroom. Each studio and apartment includes a bathroom with a hairdryer (one-bedroom apartments have separate toilets) and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher, and fridge. All apartments have hi-fi systems, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, safes, direct-line phones with voicemail and fax facilities. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly, free of charge. Additional housekeeping is available upon request for a fee. Eight apartments are equipped for guests with reduced mobility.
