The magnificently restaurated building has been used through history as a Census' Chancellery, Ecclesiastical Court and Notary's Archive, but today it houses one of the best hotels the town has to offer. The atmosphere inside the building reflects its initial purpose: It is spacious, with high ceilings, wide-corridor and big arched windows. The onsite restaurant serves creative variations of traditional Italian and Ascolian dishes, as well as sophisticated international cuisine. The hotel has its very own wine cellar that offers a wide range of quality wines. During the summer the restaurant spreads into the internal courtyard of the palace so guests can dine under its 16th century arches.
