The hotel is located in the heart of Georgetown, within Penang's prime commercial and business centre. The Hotel is within walking distance of major banks, insurance companies, business houses, shopping complex and with the state and Federal Government offices virtually on the doorstep. Nearby tourist attractions include the Chew Thean Yeang, the Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion and the Penang Islamic Museum. The hotel consists of a 5-storey accommodation building with approximately 11 rooms per floor. The main lobby faces Larut Road with direct vehicular access to the hotel's entrance.
