Your booking includes free Wi-Fi, access to our communal kitchen, and complimentary city maps. Our online office is available 24/7 to assist you. You can also reach our hostel staff during reception hours: 10:00-11:00 AM, 3:00-5:00 PM, and 8:00-10:00 PM. Please note that all guests are subject to a check-in procedure, and we reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests who are intoxicated, aggressive, or whose behavior may disrupt other guests.
