Hotel advertised parking, while parking is not available, very rude front desk started to raise voice on us from the start, lobby was dirty with a fruit flies and smell of smoke, shady location, many better options in Frankfurt. it is still 20 min from airport

I've stayed in a couple of hotels in this small chain now (the other one in Frankfurt and Paris) and they have a similar quirky feel with associated restaurants attached. I do like the concept, but feel the rooms are now overdue a refresh or tidy up. One comment I would make is the lighting is very dim. Mood sett…
