Booking confirm less than 90 days prior to arrival date, the full payment with nonrefundable is required upon confirm booking. - Cancellation requests received within 90 days or less of arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount plus service charge and government tax. - No-shows will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the cost of the total reserved stay plus applicable taxes and service charges. - No check-out on 31 Dec - Gala dinner on New Year's Eve is mandatory at THB 17, 500+17. 7% per person - Gala dinner on New Year's Eve is mandatory at THB 8, 750+17. 7% per child (age 5-11 years old) and complimentary for below 4 years old.
