Refrigerators and microwaves are available upon request. Small pets are welcome for an additional $10 per night. The inn is centrally located near many local restaurants. Check-in is at 2 pm, check-out is at 11 am, and the minimum age to rent a room is 21. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent a room. The credit card holder must be present at check-in. Cancel by 6 pm the day before arrival to avoid a one-night penalty plus tax. The no-show fee is one night's stay plus tax. The sales tax is 17. 25% per room, per night.
