The old town of Albufeira, other beaches such as Praia de Santa Eulália or Praia dos Pescadores and various excellent golf courses are within easy reach. Faro International Airport is about 40 km away. This property was renovated in 2010 raising 5-storey building with 15 units. Each apartment is fitted with satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box, kitchenette, hair dryer and bath amenities.
