Italian cuisine and South Tyrol specialties are served at lunch and dinner. The restaurant is also open to the public. The Negritella is a family-run hotel that organizes bike tours, hiking and horse riding together with other local hotels. Free outdoor parking is provided and there is a guarded garage, at extra charge. A free fitness room is also available. Busses to Trento and Brescia stop right outside the hotel. The nearest train station is 19 mi away in Malè.
