Los Balcones Boutique Hotel, a jewel of colonial architecture and Cuenca's heritage, is located in the heart of the historic city center. It's just a 3-minute walk from Calderon Park and 10 minutes from the main transport stations. Dating back to the late 18th century, this building once housed the renowned artist Gaspar De Sangurima's workshop.
