The traditionally furnished rooms are made of local wood, and most have a balcony. Half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet with organic products and fresh bread, traditional Tyrolean snacks in the afternoon, and a 5-course dinner. The Falknerhof features wood-paneled lounges, an open fireplace, and a terrace with panoramic mountain views. The spa area includes an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam bath, and a solarium. Hikes and mountain tours start right at the doorstep of the Falknerhof, which is located at 5. 1 feet above sea level. The hotel has private fishing streams and hunting grounds, which can be explored with a professional hunter. In winter, the vicinity of Hotel Falknerhof offers 25 mi of cross-country ski runs, untouched slopes for skiing tours, and long winter hiking trails. From 1 December 2016 to 30 April 2017 the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all elevators in Niederthai, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.
