Located in the North Malé Atoll, Makunudu Island is a 45-minute speedboat transfer from Malé International Airport. This six-acre island offers a classic Maldivian retreat just steps from spectacular dive sites. The island features a PADI diving school and a water sports center with motorized and non-motorized activities. Guests can enjoy relaxing massages at the Aavun Spa, explore nearby islands on excursions, or embark on a fishing trip. Makunudu also offers a lounge with a library, along with volleyball, badminton, and table tennis facilities. The 36 traditionally styled Maldivian bungalows each boast an attached open-air private garden bathroom, a minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, a work desk, a wardrobe, and an outdoor sitting area.
