It is an ideal choice for those who want to combine relaxation with amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and others near the strip. This complex was renovated in 2025 and has a total of 26 apartments set over two floors. It features a reception area with limited opening hours. The apartments are cleaned 5 times per week, with towels changed twice and bed linen once. The apartments include a living room with satellite TV, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchenette, a safe, and a balcony or terrace.
