Staff do not like British tourists and it really shows. This was the general feel in the surrounding area too.
Rooftop pool dirty and cloudy.
One staff member helpful, Stephanie and she did try to make amends for the rest of the staff.
This stay did not leave a good feeling at all, most staff could not speak English…
This is not a 4-star hotel. No room service. Buffet only restaurant (which is not made clear on the hotel's web site).
