The hotel's location makes it ideal for family vacations, with all that Fort Lauderdale offers close at hand. Easy access to the airport and cruise ships also makes it perfect for overnight stays before traveling to other destinations. Please note the following hotel policies: * **Minimum Age:** 21 years for check-in. * **Identification and Credit Cards:** Required upon check-in. * **Packages:** Two medium-sized packages are accepted free of charge before arrival. Additional or oversized packages incur a $25 storage fee per package. Packages received after check-in are free of charge. * **Parking:** $18 per night for the first vehicle, $20 per night for a second vehicle, payable at check-in. ** Hotel Renovation extended until October 27, 2025 (subject to change). Every effort will be made to minimize disruption. * **Security Deposit:** $200 required on arrival via credit or debit card, refundable within seven business days of check-out following inspection.
