All apartments and studios feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, LED TVs, and spacious bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, towels, and hair dryers. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances like a hob, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, and cookware. Some apartments even boast a private balcony or terrace. For stays exceeding six days, a free weekly cleaning service is included, and additional cleaning is available upon request for a fee. The front desk is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM for an extra charge of €20. Access is by code, so please contact Roisa Centro via email or phone before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and is fully refundable upon check-out, pending a damage inspection.
