These are new or semi-new apartments and studios, decorated with great taste and always thinking of the comfort and tranquility of our guests. You will enjoy comfortable living areas with flat screen TV and in many of them with Smart TV. The kitchens are fully equipped for both household and household appliances, so they can spend both short and long stays feeling at home. The bathrooms have a shower or bath, some with both options, as well as a hairdryer and iron. Bed linen and towels are included. The offer is very varied: with balcony, terrace and terrace furniture, interior, exterior ... of course, all the apartments, being located in the Historic Center, are surrounded by bars, restaurants, museums, markets, etc. You can´t miss the Port of Malaga, 1 km away from the whole area of ​​the Historic Center, to ride the Ferris wheel, walk through the Palmeral or have a drink or enjoy a good dinner at Pier One, while enjoying the view of the bay of Malaga and the fortress of the Alcazaba illuminated. You will find all the line bus stops at the Alameda Principal, the María Zambrano train station about 1.2 km away, and the airport at just over 11 km (about 20 minutes by car). If you wish to have a garage space at an extra cost, check availability. On the day of your arrival, you will have to pay 150 euros of deposit, which will be returned within 24 hours from the time of your departure, and this deposit will be charged by credit card, also 25 euros cleaning fee must be paid once the guest arrives.
