In this building lived historical figures such as the Marquise de Montilla, the architect J. Gordillo or and the sculptor J. Llimona. Also on the ground floor, you will find the local "snooker", specialized in pool games and cocktails. It was inaugurated in 1985 renovated by the architect S. Roqueta and the designer C. Riart winners of the FAD Prize for this work. A wide range of dining options and shops can be found in the surrounding area. Airport trains leave from Passeig de Gracia Train Station, 10 minutes' walk away. Airport buses leave from Plaza Catalunya. Eixample is a great choice for travelers interested in architecture, food, and shopping.
