Perfectly located near the resort's amenities, guests can easily access a diverse selection of shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as Kassiopi's main shingle beach, all within a 250-meter radius. Each comfortably furnished apartment boasts a private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen area, along with a balcony, terrace, or patio. Ariti I comprises two studios and two two-bedroom apartments. Ariti II features a ground-floor two-bedroom apartment with a small terrace. Ariti III (also known as Balaris) offers apartments with balconies or terraces, hairdryers, and air conditioning.
