Arrey Hotels has recovered part of this story, making a careful renovation and transformation of the house and their cellars. There is cafeteria and restaurant, which covers an array of gastronomic options such as daily menu, tapas, a la carte delicate dishes from a Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal ingredients.
