In compliance with Vietnamese Government regulations, all guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in. - For foreign guests: A passport with a valid visa or entry/exit stamp. - For Vietnamese guests: A Citizen Identification Card (CCCD), the VNeID application, or a Level 2 Birth Certificate with a personal identification code (for children), issued by a competent authority, is required. Please kindly present the above documents upon check-in. A cash or credit card security deposit of VND 2, 000, 000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Access to certain facilities may be subject to the regulations of Da Nang Mikazuki Hotel and Mikazuki Water Park 365, including opening hours and age/height/weight restrictions for slides and adventure games. Children & Extra Person Policy Children 0–5 years old: stay free of charge when using existing bedding Children 6–11 years old: charged VND 850, 000 per child per night when using existing bedding (breakfast included). From 12 years old and above: considered as adults and charged VND 1, 850, 000 per person per night (breakfast included). Each room can accommodate up to 2 children aged 11 or below sharing existing bedding with their parents (surcharges may apply as mentioned above). Above surcharges are not included in the room rate and must be paid for separately at check-in. All cots, extra beds, and special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
