All apartments have air conditioning and heating, WIFI access, seating area with flat-screen TV and sofa bed (The use of the sofa bed/extra bed without adding an extra person carries a supplement and it must be requested in advance), private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine/dryer, coffee maker/kettle and all the necessary utensils. They are equipped with luxury qualities and have all comfort in terms of equipment and soundproofing, as well as a modern decoration.
