Nearby attractions: Cimetière du Père Lachaise 1 km, Place de la Bastille 3 km, Opéra Bastille 3…

Bright, with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2012, practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), radio. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Small, open kitchen (2 hot plates, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Electric heating, boiler (100 litres). Facilities: iron. Please note: non-smokers only.
