Hostel Mama's House is located only two kilometres from the excellent Krvavec Ski Centre. It is an excellent base for those wanting a simple yet comfortable place to lay their head and rest their bodies after full days of sports, activities and exploration. It is also a wonderful place to mingle with other holiday-makers, trade stories, share experiences, and meet new friends. It is also a great option for large groups of friends, or several families wishing to vacation together. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, with either tiled or wooden flooring. There are two communal kitchen. In the kitchen guests will have use of full self catering facilities. Hostel staff can arrange transfers to the ski lift for Krvavec. There is ski equipment hire and ski equipment storage facilities. The hostel has a 24 hour reception area, and an onsite ATM. Left luggage facilities are available. A BBQ is located on the shared terrace area. There is a children's play area, tennis courts, fishing, hiking, cycling and table tennis near to the hostel. 50 metres from the front door, guests will find a bakery and a coffee shop, and there are several restaurants, pizzerias and cafes within walking distance. Front desk can arrange a 10% discount at a restaurant - Pod Jenkovo lipo. Wireless internet is available free of charge in public areas and parking is also freely are available. Ljubljana is 30 kilometres away, and staff can arrange airport transfers if required for a surcharge. The nearest bus stop is only 150 metres from the property.
