On-site amenities include a renowned 18-hole PGA golf course, community swimming pool, tennis courts, a kids’ playground, and a clubhouse with an on-site restaurant. Homes are ideal for self-catering with fully equipped kitchens and linens/towels provided. Pool heating is available at a extra cost. Florida law requires online registration and a Property Protection Fee of $8/day (capped at $120) to download the accommodation voucher about 5 days before arrival.
