These spacious 4–6 bedroom properties sleep up to 8–12 guests and include a complimentary welcome pack on arrival, full air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a private screened swimming pool, and the added bonus of an in-villa games room or spa. Homes are set in quiet residential communities across Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City or Clermont (not all are in Kissimmee), within around 22 miles of Walt Disney World Resort, with easy access to main routes and local amenities. Each includes a comfortable lounge/TV area, laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Pool heating is also available for a daily fee. Florida law requires online registration and a Property Protection Fee of $8/day (cap $120) to download the accommodation voucher around 5 days before arrival.
