Check in without previous contact and after 18:00 will be charged additional 150 PLN. Upon arrival, guests are required to provide a deposit of 200 PLN either in cash or via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded after check-out and inspection of the apartment. Wine Apartments do not have a lift nor the 24/7 reception. Thanks to use of Pin code access to the building and apartments, guests may arrive at any time, after hotel check in time, yet only with received codes. Check in is possible from 14:00, check out till 10:00. Please note that Chardonnay apartments are located on the 4th floor. In case of any special request, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival.
