Just 50 meters from the town center, guests will find a variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. The beach and train station are a mere 300 meters away, while Girona Airport is 35km and Barcelona Airport is 82km from the property. Established in 2005, the four-story building houses twelve apartments, each accommodating two to four guests. All apartments feature a bedroom with two beds, a living/dining area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, and a private bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and digital TV, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, and a balcony, with select apartments offering sea views.
