Inspired by the elegance of simplicity, Ta Spitakia offers a relaxing and peaceful escape near the sea. Each two-story house features modern design elements and natural materials like wood and concrete. The 45 sq m ground floor comprises an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. An additional bedroom is located in the 20 sq m upstairs attic. Outside, each house boasts a spacious patio shaded by a wooden pergola, perfect for relaxation.
