Located in Arguineguín, in southern Gran Canaria, sunshine is virtually guaranteed 365 days a year, with average temperatures of 23ºC (73ºF). Situated in a quiet residential area, the apartments are a mere 10-minute walk from Las Marañuelas, Arguineguín's main beach. The complex is also conveniently close to Anfi del Mar and Patalavaca, offering a wide range of services, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and beaches. The 14 five-story buildings are nestled within communal gardens and feature two swimming pools, a children's pool, and a pool bar. Underground parking, a supermarket, and a restaurant are also available on-site. Constructed and decorated with high-quality materials, the spacious apartments provide all the comforts of home, including large terraces perfect for enjoying the pleasant weather. Dogs up to 5kg are welcome for an extra fee of €10 per day (one dog per apartment), with access limited to designated apartment areas. Please note: during July and August, parking is €8 per night for stays of less than five days due to high occupancy.
