Completing the mandatory digital check-in is required to generate your access credentials; without it, access cannot be issued. 3. Once completed, you will receive a QR code for entry. Please take into consideration Front Desk hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. If you are arriving outside these hours or traveling by car, please inform us in advance so we can share parking and access details. Property Services & Guest Information ⁠• Oliva Organic is open from 7:30 to 18:00 (Breakfast and Lunch). Coffee and Bakery good are available starting at 7:00. Their nunmber is: +52 984 452 1625. •⁠ ⁠⁠Our Rooftop Terraces do not allow food and beverage nor do they have bar service, but our increíble pools and jacuzzis are available to enjoy from 11:00 to 22:00. We kindly ask you not to wear sunscreen when using the pools or Jacuzzis and to user the pool shower prior to entering. We also remind you that we are a non-smoking property. •⁠ ⁠Our World-Class Gym is available to enjoy by appointment only from 8:00 to 20:00.
