We are a 5-minute walk from the charming residential neighborhood Príncipe Real, known for its garden and its 19th century mansions, where you can discover the most current and varied offerings of restaurants, bars and shops. Walking along Rua da Escola Politécnica, we can go to the exuberant Botanical Garden and the National Museum of Natural History and Science. Both Avenida da Liberdade, Chiado and Bairro Alto are just a short 5-minute walk away. The Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Principe Real building has been completely rehabilitated, maintaining its characteristics of the 1940s architecture. With typologies between the Studio, T1 and T2, the 20 apartments are renovated and equipped to offer a comfortable experience, with the all necessary amenities. Maintenance cleaning is daily, as well as the supply of bathroom supplies. The replacement of bed linen and towels is done after 3 days of stay, or when requested.
