Each apartment has two bedrooms which has two bathrooms consisting of one family bathroom with a bath and one ensuite shower room. The large living rooms have digital TVs and comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchens have ovens, fridges, dishwashers and a washing machine in the apartment. SELF CHECK-IN: Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00, an emergency contact number is available for urgent matters after hours. Property operating on a self-check in basis. To arrange self-check in, guest needs to send a copy of valid driving license/passport or ID to stay@oceanservicedapts. com and to complete the pre-authorisation security deposit of £100 which will be sent via email. All requirements must be completed in advance. Check – in starts from 16:00, and check-in instructions will be only sent once both requirements are completed. Check out time is by 10:00 GROUP BOOKINGS POLICY: Ocean Apartments has a NO GROUP policy. We do not accept certain groups to stay such as single sex parties as well as hen/stag groups, and we reserve the right not to accept bookings with an EH postcode. All guests who made a reservation for 5 or more adults, need contact reception to confirm the nature of their group booking. If the nature of your stay is not confirmed, the deposit may increase up to £200/£300 per apartment. HOUSE RULES: no smoking allowed, no parties/events allowed, no pets allowed.
