The Grand Riverside Hotel is a solid choice if you are stopping over in Phitsanulok. The hotel’s proximity to the train station, riverfront, and central attractions makes getting around very easy.
My girlfriend and myself spent a couple of nights in this hotel. The location is conveniently close to the center of Phitsanulok, and, perhaps more importantly, on the bank of the river where many nice places for food and drinks are located.

Great location by the river for temples and many local shops and restaurants.
Night market only 5 minutes walk away.
Good breakfast buffet offering Thai and weren’t meals.
We had a standard double bed room with plenty of space and working air con.
