This newly built beachfront apartment resort on La Manga del Mar Menor's Gran Via offers uniquely furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments with carefully selected décor and appliances. Located just 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea and about 1km from a shopping center and the Tomas Maestre marina with its leisure and watersports activities, the resort boasts spacious terraces, gardens, a promenade, and on-site parking (charges may apply, subject to availability). Each apartment features stunning views of both seas, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, electric hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, and utensils. One-bedroom apartments have a fully fitted bathroom with a shower, while two-bedroom apartments offer an additional bathroom, also with a shower. All apartments include a lounge with a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, heating, a safety deposit box (refundable deposit), and a large terrace with outdoor furniture. Guests can enjoy the resort's outdoor swimming pool with a children's paddling area, surrounded by a terrace and lawn.
