Newly built in 2006, this air-conditioned residence offers 50 apartments, ranging from studios to 2-room apartments, which are 20-35 m² in size. The hotel provides a modern and friendly atmosphere. Continue straight onto the Avenue du Maréchal Foch. After the city hall (Hôtel de Ville), turn right onto Rue Edmond Michelet in the direction of Tribunal d'instance. Continue straight ahead on the Boulevard du Gave, and follow the Esplanade du Paradis. Turn right, and go up the Avenue du Paradis to find the residence.
